1. About GetUrSnap

GetUrSnap is a brand owned and operated by Tedora Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U72900KA2019PTC125184), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and registered at No. 51/104(10), 2nd Floor, 22nd Cross, 20th Main, Vijayanagar, Bangalore North, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560040 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform is a professional photography gallery delivery and business management service that enables professional photographers ("Photographers") to create private galleries, manage events, deliver photos and videos to their clients ("Guests"), build branded websites, send quotes, and run their photography business online.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 between you and GetUrSnap. By clicking "I Agree", registering, or using any part of the Platform, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Photographer. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law.

2.2 Business Use

GetUrSnap is intended for professional and commercial use by photographers. You may not register on behalf of a competitor or for purposes unrelated to photography business management.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your legal name, business name, mobile number (Indian +91 format), and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information updated.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately at support@getursnap.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. GetUrSnap will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Services and Plans

3.1 Service Description

GetUrSnap provides per-event gallery plans allowing Photographers to upload, process, and share photos and videos with invited Guests. The platform also includes a photo editor, website builder, quote management, and analytics tools.

3.2 Pricing Plans

Per-event plans are available at the following rates (inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise):

• Basic — ₹599: 50 GB total storage, 60-day download window, 1-year total retention, ₹12/GB overage, up to 200 guests, 3 sub-events, custom branding, guest downloads.
• Standard — ₹999: 100 GB total storage, 90-day download window, 1-year total retention, ₹10/GB overage, up to 500 guests, 6 sub-events, custom branding, analytics dashboard. (Most Popular)
• Pro — ₹1,899: 200 GB total storage, 120-day download window, 1-year total retention, ₹9/GB overage, unlimited guests, unlimited sub-events, custom branding, analytics dashboard, priority support.

New Photographers receive one free trial event with full plan capabilities. After the trial event, payment is required for subsequent events.

3.3 Gallery Extension Add-ons

Gallery duration extensions may be purchased by the Guest/Client directly via their gallery access link. Extensions are tied to the specific gallery event and activate immediately upon payment.

• 12-Month Extension — ₹999
• 24-Month Extension — ₹1,499

When a Client purchases an extension, they do so on behalf of the gallery event. The Photographer retains full control of gallery settings and content regardless of who purchased the extension.

3.4 Plan Limits and Overage

Each plan includes a storage allowance. If you exceed your plan's storage limit, overage charges will apply at the rate specified for your plan tier (see §3.2). GetUrSnap reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to galleries with unpaid overage charges.

3.5 Service Availability

We aim to provide 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime or service interruptions.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Razorpay Payment Solutions Private Limited ("Razorpay"), a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway regulated in India. Payments are collected by Tedora Technologies Private Limited on behalf of the GetUrSnap platform. GetUrSnap does not store your full card or bank account details on its servers. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

4.2 Taxes

All prices are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate (currently 18%). Your GST invoice will be issued under the GSTIN of Tedora Technologies Private Limited. If you are GST-registered and require a B2B invoice, you must provide your GSTIN at checkout.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not process payments in foreign currencies.

4.4 Payment Failure

If a payment fails or is reversed, your access to the relevant gallery or feature will be suspended until payment is resolved.

5. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights in all photographs, videos, and other content ("Your Content") that you upload to GetUrSnap. We make no claim of ownership over Your Content.

5.2 Licence to GetUrSnap

By uploading Your Content, you grant GetUrSnap a non-exclusive, revocable, limited licence, for the duration of your active plan or gallery period only, to host, store, process, thumbnail, transcode, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you and your Guests. This licence terminates automatically upon gallery expiration, account cancellation, or deletion of the content.

5.3 No Other Use

GetUrSnap will not use Your Content for advertising, marketing, training AI/ML models, or any purpose beyond service delivery without your explicit written consent.

5.4 Platform Intellectual Property

All software, user interface design, trademarks, logos, and aggregated non-personal analytical data belonging to GetUrSnap remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

5.5 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to GetUrSnap may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

6. Gallery Sharing and Guest Access

6.1 Photographer Responsibility for Guests

When you share a gallery with Guests, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share those images with those individuals. GetUrSnap acts solely as a technical conduit. Any disputes regarding image rights between Photographers and their clients are entirely between those parties.

6.2 Guest Data

Guests who access a gallery are required to provide their name. Mobile number and email address may be optionally collected depending on gallery settings. By enabling guest access, you acknowledge that GetUrSnap will collect this data and process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not instruct GetUrSnap to collect guest data in violation of applicable laws.

6.3 Gallery Password Protection

Password-protected galleries are your responsibility. You must not share gallery passwords with unintended recipients. GetUrSnap is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your disclosure of passwords.

6.4 Guest Downloads

The ability for Guests to download images is controlled by your per-photo and per-gallery settings. GetUrSnap does not restrict guest downloads beyond what you configure. You are responsible for managing download permissions in accordance with any client agreements.

6.5 Gallery Expiry

Galleries automatically expire at the end of their plan duration (60, 90, or 120 days depending on plan). Expired galleries become inaccessible to Guests. A gallery extension may be purchased by any authorised Client before the gallery expires. Content from expired galleries may be permanently deleted after expiry in accordance with our data retention schedule.

7. Acceptable Use

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use GetUrSnap to:

• Upload, share, or store illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content
• Upload child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — a criminal offence under the POCSO Act and IT Act
• Infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to harm systems
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform
• Circumvent security, access controls, or rate limits
• Use the Platform in any way that violates Indian law or applicable regulations
• Resell or sublicence the Platform or its features without prior written authorisation

7.2 Enforcement

GetUrSnap reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms or any applicable law, without prior notice and without liability to you.

7.3 Reporting Violations

To report illegal or harmful content, email support@getursnap.com. We will investigate and act within the timeframes required by applicable law.

8. Termination and Suspension

8.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Termination of your account does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

8.2 Termination by GetUrSnap

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have: (a) violated these Terms; (b) violated applicable law; (c) engaged in fraudulent activity; or (d) posed a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination: (a) your right to access the Platform ceases immediately; (b) your galleries become inaccessible to Guests; (c) content will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy; (d) all outstanding fees remain due and payable.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 As-Is Service

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, GETURSNAP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 No Guarantee of Storage

GetUrSnap does not guarantee that your content will be stored indefinitely. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of all uploaded content.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETURSNAP'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO GETURSNAP IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION.

9.4 Consequential Damages

GETURSNAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9.5 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetUrSnap, its directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service. GetUrSnap is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

• Razorpay: Payment processing. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant and subject to RBI payment data localisation requirements.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery.
• Cloud Storage (Backblaze B2): We use Backblaze B2 as our primary cloud storage provider. Some legacy content may remain on DigitalOcean Spaces. Both services store data on servers located in the United States. Under the DPDP Act 2023, cross-border data transfers are permitted unless a jurisdiction is specifically restricted by the Central Government; as of the effective date, no such restriction applies to the United States.

We maintain binding data processing agreements with each of the above processors requiring them to maintain security standards, notify us of breaches, and delete data upon termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

GetUrSnap may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by emailing you at your registered address or posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Platform before the effective date.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Information Technology Act 2000 and rules made thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

13.2 International Access

The Platform is operated from India and is primarily intended for users located in India. If you access or use the Platform from outside India, you do so at your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws in your jurisdiction. Your use of the Platform constitutes consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your data in India and in the countries where our third-party service providers operate (see our Privacy Policy for details). These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Platform remain governed exclusively by Indian law regardless of your location.

13.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.

13.4 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at legal@getursnap.com. We will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.

14. Intermediary Status

GetUrSnap operates as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We do not initiate or modify the transmission of content. Our safe harbour protections are contingent on compliance with applicable takedown procedures.

15. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, GetUrSnap has appointed a Grievance Officer:

16. General

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetUrSnap regarding the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
